Today's update is a Donkey Kong stage, and will bring back memories for a lot of players. Hit the jump for information and tips on how to unlock, and some screenshots.



Yeah, it's a stage form the original Donkey Kong. It's called 75m because that is the height of the highest point of the construction site. You can unlock it by using Donkey Kong 20 times in brawls. The stage is kind of odd in the way it's set up. Sort of constricted but oddly free. It's an interesting stage for item use, as they can totally own your opponent's face, or they can be totally suckish. The items that are a part of the stage may come in handy too, as the jack and a lady's purse make an appearance. Whether they do anything or not remains to be seen.

The fire things appear again. You know the ones I'm talking about. They are little flames that hop around the stage and burn you if you touch them. Apparently in Japan they were called 'trouble bugs'. That's weird. Silly Japanese.

When the old school Donkey Kong at the top of the stage hits you, he'll send you flying. Fun Fact: That Donkey Kong went on to become Cranky Kong. Neat-o.

You can play the original DK in Masterpiece mode, and they've set it up so you start at 75mm.
