Interplay and the original Earthworm Jim franchise director Doug TenNapel have officially anounced that they are hard at work on Earthworm Jim 4! eh? EH!? you know what also "launches my cow"? the fact that a MOVIE is in the works! - oh and a new cartoon series. I personally don't watch tv anymore so it's a miss for me, but I DO remember that the old series was a blast!

Go ahead and freak out about the movie and two season cartoon series, but don't get your crow!s Psyched just yet. It hasn't been announced what system EWJ4 is coming to. But do think about this, Earthworm Jim 1 & 2 are both confirmed to be on their way to the Virtual Console... a clue perhaps?

Ok, really whos crow is Psyched besides mine?

EWJ3 was not done by original owners "Shiney" or current owners "Interplay".
EWJ3 was produced horribly for N64 by Rockstar games.

Well, all other Earthworm Jims came out for Nintendo Consoles...I don't see why they shouldn't release a Wii version...
It would be cool to slash enemies with Jim's 'head' by lashing out with the WiiMote...

well shiney WAS making a PSP remake of EWJ:

but it was put on hold indefinetley. THEN interplay got the rights to Jim, and nothing has been said about the worm since the VC arrival, and now the number 4.
