Rumor: Pikmin 3 Release Date

This is yet a rumor because there's no official release date (at least not announced yet), BUT Play.com alredady lists Pikmin 3 for Wii with a pre-order link and a release date for March 27th, 2009 (EU release!!).

Why might this be the real deal? Well, because it's still a far away date and because it's a Friday. Sounds about right, doesn't it?

I'd take that date.

Chances are, come March09, Nintendo would of pushed it back a lot more....as usual.

Just because they pushed back on Smash Bros. 'a few times' doesn't mean they'll do it with all of their 'main' games... I hope...

I'm dubious - MKWii was released around the same time this year, but was announced at the previous year's E3. There's been no such announcement from Ninty - not on the same scale, anyhoo.

Many shops jut put in a release date when they know a product will come.

I ordered a Wii GH guitar from tesco.com before it came out, and the date they had up was pushed back by months (weeks at a time) until the real date was set and they set it to that.
