Capcom Aiming for 100 On-Screen Zombies in Dead Rising

, , , , ,

According to the latest issue of Nintendo Power, Capcom is aiming for a goal of 100 on-screen zombies in the Wii edition of Dead Rising (Chop Til You Drop). The Xbox 360 version obviously featured many more zombies on screen at once, but Capcom might be able to pull off a similar experience with some clever art design. After all, 100 zombies on Wii is a pretty good technical achievement.

Just to reiterate, other features include Resident Evil 4-like controls, an improved save system, multiple difficulty levels, and larger text. We can't wait to our hands on the title (and some zombies).

Problem with HDTVs is, the bigger they are, the more apparent the Wii's graphical limitations become... Even more if the game doesn't truly support widescreen presentation...

......and even more with lazy third parties. which now that I think about it, make wii's graphical limitations look worse than they actually are.
