This is one heck of an awesome hack-job.
It's an NES guitar that has been fashioned from recycled parts.

The body is obviously an old NES console that has been combined with a standard guitar neck. It's got a new bridge, single coil, height-adjustable pickup, pair of strap buttons, volume knob, and a jack for the cable. Inside the actual NES console, you'll pretty much only find empty space.

If you're wondering how the heck the thin plastic of the NES console can possibly be durable enough to keep tension in the strings - it isn't. The neck and bridge are mounted on a piece of solid oak that is inside. wink

In the below video, you'll hear how the NES guitar sounds. Honestly, it sounds pretty crappy - probably due to the flimsy plastic box…but that certainly doesn't detract from its awesomeness! \o/
