I got the same letter on the 14!
BTW, elite status is the maximum number of coins you've received. You may be talking about Platinum Status.

I have never got an e-mail,of course my account is not Elite,i've subscribed bunch of games and did the surveys,but never recieved the (coins) to trade them for the tewards,games i've already took a survey on didn't pass,and i had to redo surveys again,and again.
What could i do?
