DS Game To Keep Track of Diabetes

, ,

Get your blood ready, kids! Pharmaceutical giant, Bayer, has come up with Didget, a new DS gadget that will not only serve as a glucose meter, but also as a gaming peripheral that will allow kids to earn in-game rewards and unlock new levels by getting regularly tested.

The game/peripheral claims to have a fast response analysis, up to 480 samples memory, small blood sample size, and standard glucose info (mostly for parents and doctors to interpret).

So get those fingers ready to get pinched and tested!

When does it become a bad business decision to release DS "games" that require GBA slot peripherals?
