Rumor: 'Sonic and the Black Knight' Gives Sonic a Sword

I say rumor only because I don't want it to be true. The above image, apparently the cover of the September issue of Nintendo Power, reveals "Sonic and the Black Knight" as a Wii exclusive. No information on the title is available yet, but stay tuned to N+ for developments.

On a side note, WHY THE CRAP DOES SONIC HAVE A SWORD?

(Bundleless) Red and Black DS Coming in October

I checked, and as far as I know this hasn't been reported anywhere or officially announced by Nintendo, so you're reading it here first!

I think everyone saw this coming, but we now have an official confirmation. The Crimson and Black DS Lite will be sold separately in America.

I was at my local Babbage's today and they had a cardboard stand-up for Phantom Hourglass. I know you probably can't make it out from the picture (sucky phone camera), but near the top, they had a picture of the Crimson/Black DS that said "New Color Coming October".

I can only assume the red/black DS will launch with Phantom Hourlgass on October 1st.

sometimes petty news can be fun, especially when it involves free Nintendo schwag. Even for those that don't plan on purchasing the new black or pink DS you can stll accessories with the sheik new colors. Head on down to your local Gamestop(where they are fresh out of Cooking Mama, at least in my area), and pick up you pink and black Nintndo DS rubber bracelets for Free. Hey, it's schwag, it's free, don't complain.
