9:08 - "4 is the key to Marios next suprise ("New Super Mario Brothers for Wii") Multiplayer! Sidescroller style, proppeler suit is a new item for mario. Mario flys into air and drifts back down.

9:12 - When one player reaches the end (flag pole) 3 seconds are left for other players to grab the flag, give you tallies for all stats achieved. Cammie looses tells crappy joke.

9:14 - Wii fit being told as best selling game around the world. 15 million sold, some analysts call it it's own system. Wii Fit+ announced

9:16 - Keeps track of calories burned, helps give you a routine. Alot of fun, 15 new balance game: juggling, skateboarding, swing hips "perfect ten", obstacle course

9:18 - Fall release - bundled with board, and one without board. Reggie shows up

9:20 - Talking About Wii remote, nunchuck, BBoard, and talks about WiiMotion+

9:21 - "Precision Control" - shows boating, frisbe, golf, bow/arrows in Sports Resort.

9:23 - Sports Resort starts by you skydiving out of a plane, you use the motion+ to spin your guy and float to other divers, dive straight down, flatten out, looks pretty fun! chutes open!

9:26 - Archery, hold wii remote in front like the bow, nunchuck like the arrow! looks so cool! 3 shots per target, must arch a shot if targets are further, wind plays a role.

9:28 - Basketball being showed off. Just Wii remote. Reggie takes a name... and kicks an ass! - July 26th release date. Tiger woods uses Motion+ - also has its own bundle, Virtua Tennis on Wii using Motion+

9:32 - Red Steel 2 ONLY can be used with M+. Wii had more 3rd party games than anyone else, DS was second.

9:34 - Final Fantasy:Crystal Barers announced - Wii. Kingdom Herats on 29th for DS

9:35 - Mario and Luigi: Bowser Inside Story for DS (supersaga style) Fall in North America and Europe.

9:37 - Golden Sun: DS - looks SO good!

9:39 - Goofy Cammie is back announcing "Womans Murder Club" (october launch) "Games of Passion" - Mystery Novels as Games by James Patterson

9:41 - COP: New Recruit - looks like GTA3 but as a cop.

9:42 - Style Savvy - Run your own boutique, more than 10,00 fashions to sell. Dance in rose petals, customise a shop, compete in runway walkoffs, etc...

9:43 - DSi sold more than a million units in 2 months. DSi is personalized.

9:47 - FlipNote Studio (DSiWare) - a video making game announced! NEED TO GET THIS!

9:48 - WarioWare DIY: design your own games from scratch, characters, action, all of it made by you!

9:49 - Summer activation of DSi photo upload straight to facebook.

9:50 - LOZ: Spirit Tracks re-announced, nothing new here.

9:52 - Satoru Iwata shows up! - says 3 types of people "those who play, those who say they will never, some who say one day maybe i will play games". Talks gaming expansion data.

9:59 - Wii Vitality Sensor! haha, put you finger in the WiiRemote!

10:00 - Mario and Yoshi (playable!) appear in a new galaxy looking game! AH! "Super Mario Galaxy 2"

10:04 - Reggie talks about exclusive wii games to launch before years end: Conduit by Sega. Capcoms Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles. DeadSpace Extraction.

10:08 - Reggie talks about publisher Nintendo making new edgier games?! Nintendo in cahoots with Team Ninja make: Metroid "Other M" for 2010 - Holy Hell! it looks so rad! Deeper into Samus' story, looks darker and grittier than Primes. Looks like both 3rd person view, and 1st. Show Ends

N+ Chat Reborn

How many of you knew we had an IRC chat? We do! Our fearless leader even wrote about it before, and we have a link on the front page to that post of his. Us frequent visitors to the chat room have neglected it as of late, and let it expire. Remco was kind enough to re-register the chat room for us. Why don't you all pop in from time to time?

If you're unfamiliar with IRC My Opera contains some excellent tutorials on how to use IRC, especially within Opera itself. Of course you're welcome to use a client of your own choice other than Opera. The easiest way is to follow a hyperlink straight to the chat room like this one. If you're using a modern OS (and a browser like Opera) your preferred IRC client should load.

Typically you'll be able to find either myself or G-Off on there, and eventually if we get a good enough crowd we might try to hold IRC-only events. Hope to see you on there.

N+ Chat Gets Some Visuals

Thanks to Remco we've now got a visual social diagram that updates in real time (every 10 seconds or so) of those in N+ Chat and the frequency with which they interact by mentioning names. Seriously, it's awesome.

N+ Chat +Update

+Update: Thanks to Remco we've now got a visual social diagram that updates in real time (every 10 seconds or so) of those in N+ Chat and the frequency with which they interact by mentioning names. Seriously, it's awesome.

N+ has been growing quite a bit lately thanks to extra effort by our Moderators and Founders working to reach our 500 Member goal in time. We've been using all of the resources Opera has to offer (until the new MyOpera launches) except one: N+ Chat

Many thought it would be good to have an N+ Channel. So we created it! You can talk to N+ Moderators and Members @ irc://irc.opera.com/N+

This was prompted because yesterday the #MyOpera IRC Channel went live and it's been pretty popular. It's a place to go to get information about MyOpera, and for a little support on your MyOpera profile. Plus you'll be able to chat with some real crazy live Opera Employees.
If you are using the Opera Browser, #N+ will open as a new tab, pretty simple. Of course, you are free to choose your IRC Client. Please visit http://my.opera.com/chat/blog/ for help on creating a username, registering it, and more before posting questions.
