Interplay and the original Earthworm Jim franchise director Doug TenNapel have officially anounced that they are hard at work on Earthworm Jim 4! eh? EH!? you know what also "launches my cow"? the fact that a MOVIE is in the works! - oh and a new cartoon series. I personally don't watch tv anymore so it's a miss for me, but I DO remember that the old series was a blast!
Go ahead and freak out about the movie and two season cartoon series, but don't get your crow!s Psyched just yet. It hasn't been announced what system EWJ4 is coming to. But do think about this, Earthworm Jim 1 & 2 are both confirmed to be on their way to the Virtual Console... a clue perhaps?

The Rise of Darkrai is the new Pokemon movie coming out staring Palkia, Dialga, and of coarse the Pitch Black Pokemon: Darkrai!

One last trailer has been released by Rockstar Games for their latest controversial title, Manhunt 2. A title I have been looking forward to since I first heard of it's production. Game one was amazing, seriously, if you are a fan of stories in games, they don't get much more unique than Manhunt. Suda 51 and his team Grasshopper Manufacture, I think are the only rivals to Rockstar in story and plot when it comes to their Manhunt franchise.

GoNintendo have got the details of the game, versions of which will be headed for both the Wii and the DS.
There will be an Autobot Game and a Decepticon Game for Nintendo DS, supporting 4 way multi-play
Wii will get special Wiimote functions, such as throwing things, steering
You can play as 9 Autobots and Decepticons. Unplayable characters are going to be boss characters or other important characters
There will be unlockable characters and possibly movie characters that don’t appear in the movie (like Wreckage)
It has a full interactive environment where you can pick things up and throw it at the enemy
As the robot you can punch, shoot, jump, transform at will and drive/fly around when you are in vehicle mode
Storyline is different based upon if you are an Autobot or a Decepticon, humans are part of the story, but not part of the game play. Because of the dual roles the Decepticons can win in this one

For game play, it reminded me of Grand Theft Auto, where you can run around the city (perspective was similar to GTA). The steering of the vehicle looked well done, where you could oversteer around turns, etc. If you caused too much ruckus the police would come and the pedestrians would go around screaming, especially if you were in Robot Mode (so being in disguise is important). Pedestrian interaction was not completed yet, but we were hoping you could pick up people and thrown them…that was just our suggestion. The ability to use both modes via transforming was very effective because you could get away quick if you were getting beat bad.
The Fireworks show is going on this month every saturday so get in there!

now, what I can't figure out is, how is this movie going to work? will the story follow the move out, and growing up in the woods of the character(s)? ... do they move back home? whatever it is, I can almost garauntee that a cartoon show will sprout up like Jacobs Ladders in a perfect town.
