Nplusser Goofystar is sharing with us some Pokemon Mystery Dungeon stuff he found while poking around the Japanese Pokemon site! The new Mystery Dungeon games have something involving Arcerus, Giratina, a crap load of Bidoofs, new things to do with wireless 2-player options, something possibly called "Monster House" where a TON of enemies drop down at once, and Shaymins' sky form going on.Whatever the goin's-on is goin on will be unknown to me for a while, as I dislike dungeon crawler type games, but hey you guys might like em, we all have our tastes! Heart & Soul: Sited

The official Japanese site for Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver is now up, and it boasts a bunch of Japanese writing, as well as character art, Pokemon art, and some NES screenshots like Totodile and You (boy version) at the Slowpoke well! Also, it looks like when you enter special places you get a small cutscene picture like in Fire Red and Leaf Green. As an example, they show-off the Bellsprout Tower.Go take a look, and see what neat stuff you can find by clicking random links! YAY!
Heart And Soul: Special Pokemon

Serebii.net reports that the special colored Pichu, given away during 12th movie event, from June 19th to July 18th (which I believe is Japan only), when transferred to Heart Gold and Soul Silver from Diamond and Pearl, and then brought to the Ilex Forest, brings about a special "Notched Ear" Pichu!This rises speculation on to other special Pokemon - are they all going to be events like this? WILL there be more? Will Celebi no longer appear at this shrine? What say you?
Pokemon Heart Gold/ Soul Silver Scans

The Latest CoroCoro magazine has been released in Japan and it features some nice new scans of Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver! It looks like there will be a lot of different Pokemon can be released from the Pokeball and follow you around (like Pikachu did in Yellow). The Area pictures that were first introduced from FireRed and LeafGreen return (When you enter an area and it displays a picture of the area you just entered). There will also be a Pikachu colored Pichu that will be given out at the newest movie, and it will be given a special event within the game (like Regigigas in Platinum). Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver Announced

Turns out the rumor from earlier this week was true: Pokemon Gold & Silver are being remade for the DS, under the names Pokemon Heart Gold and Pokemon Soul Silver. I wouldn't be surprised if we got Pokemon Spirit Crystal somewhere down the line...
Information is a bit sparse (because I can't read Japanese) but N+ will keep you updated as we learn more.
+UPDATE: IGN reports that "Pokemon Heart Gold and Pokemon Soul Silver will be coming to the Japanese DS this Fall." So we speculate a few months later it goes to North America, which would fall in line with "the holidays"

Rumor: New Pokemon Games

Is it a new generation of Pokemon games? Or is it the remake of Gold and Silver EVERYONE who played G&S(&C) has been waiting for? Or is it a Wii game? Is it crap like Pokemon Dash 2? Or is it just a plain ole crap rumor started by some jerk ass kid somewhere in the land of our interwebs? All I can say is that the peculiar party balls on the ceiling of this picture are Gold and Silver, and thats enough to get my hopes up - which isn't alot is it? Bulba Garden says these two balls are going to open on May 10th to reveal a "Big Pokemon Game". The event is going to happen on somoe sort of Pokemon TV show... Hmmm... Well I guess we will have to wait and see. Coro Coro Magazine (respectable) is also said to be publishing some kind of Pokemon news on the 15th.Start speculating! Tell us your thoughts!

Dope right? this here X-ray machine that has wheels so it can move around and help kids who can't move well get x-rayed, and to those kids who can't move well and are afraid of x-ray machines, why not throw a bunch of Pokemon all over it? Actually I wanna kinda get x-rayed now.These machines are officially licensed and are scuttering about in Japanese hospitals as you read this! Now all they need are Resident Evil ones with Umbrella logos on it and blood spray for the more "experienced gamers" out there... or at least me, I want to see it, if only me.

Regigigas Toys R Us Event

Just a reminder to everyone in the US, that starting today and lasting until the 21st, you can go to Toys R Us to pick up the Event Rigigigas! It is Level 100 (!) and has these moves: Iron Head, Rock Slide, Icy Wind, and Crush Grip. It comes in a Cherish Ball with a Custap Berry. Also, this Regigigas has the power to unlock an event in Platinum that allows you to catch Regice, Registeel, and Regirock! Good news fellow trainers! It was recently announced that Shaymin, one of the two event-only Pokemon left is going to be given away in a few weeks! According to Serebii, the event will take place at Toys R Us stores Feb. 8-14. The Shaymin will be at level 50, and will know Seed Flare, Aromatherapy, Substitute and Energy Ball. Shaymin will also be holding a Micle Berry, and come packaged in a Cherish Ball!But that's not all! There is also be a Regigigas event March 8-21! Then, on the 22nd, Pokemon Platinum will be released in the US! The Regigigas will be Level 100 and will have the moves Crush Grip, Icy Wind, Iron Head and Rock Slide! Also, having this event Regigigas will allow you to capture the other Regi's in Platinum! So mark your calenders, and get ready for these Special Events!

Sad news to report today. Voice actress Maddie Blaustein passed away earlier today in her sleep. The news was first reported on Serebii.net, and has been confirmed on the 4Kids web site:It is with great sadness that we note the passing of our friend and colleague Maddie Blaustein. Maddie was a voice actress for hit shows such as Pokémon, Chaotic: M’arrillian Invasion, Dinosaur King, and Sonic X. She was a wonderful actress, friend and inspiration. WARNING: Bad-words (inculding the one that starts with F) are past the break. I had to tear myself away from teaching mutated animals naughty phrases in Animal Crossing: City Folk (I seriously have AN ORANGE with CAT EARS living in my town) to post our 2008 Costume CoN+est winners.While we didn't have as many entrants as last year, the quality was top shelf. 2nd and 3rd place were going to get 1500 and 500 Wii Points respectively, but as of this writing both CaptainSeagull and Jayvee's Waluigi and Wario costumes (right down to the shoes) were in a dead heat, so they're each gonna get 1000 Wii Points each.
...buuuutt, since I like em both so much, I'm gonna throw in some extra. Both get 1500 Wii Points each instead.
