The Viz Pokemon store is having a special promotion revolving around the Pokemon DVDs. If you spend over $20.USD in Pokemon merchandise you get a free DVD. The DVD also has to be a Pokemon DVD.

This is just a final reminder that this weekend is your last forseeable chance to get that legitimate Deoxys you always wanted! Deoxys arrives from space in a Cherish Ball holding Never Melt Ice. He will arrive in any one of his forms, I got neutral when i recieved the mystery gift
last weekend. But don't worry, if you like any of his other forms you can change them in the game by taking him to Veilstone City and interacting with the meteorites in the east part of town.
To get Deoxys got to any local U.S. Gamestop with your DS and Diamond and/or Pearl. Make sure you have the National Dex. When you go into the Gamestop turn the DS on, and at the menu screen before you load your save file there should be "Mystery Gift" even if you never unlocked this, it automatically shows up
. Then select "Via Wireless" and your gift from space should download into your game! After you load up your game deposit one of your six pokemon in a computer (if you are full up), and then go to the nearest shop where you can talk to a delivery man who gives you Deoxys, then save!

FINALY another shot at catching the legendary Deoxys! and this time we DON'T have to visit Space Center in Texas, USA to get him! This is the ONLY "event only" pokemon I am missing! ALL others I have recieved MYSELF with the events, and didn't have to trade over the GTC or to "some kid" who had him, who might have or might have not cheated. AWESOME! OH! You probably want to know how to score one too huh? Hehehe, ok!

June 20-22 and 27-29 to recieve a legitimate Deoxys. It is unclear if you need the National Dex or not, or If you needed to beat the Elite 4 or not. I recommend beating the Elite 4, getting the National Dex, have only 5 pokemon on your team, and save just outside of a Pokemart.
You will need: A Nintendo DS Prototype (Phat) or DS Lite, and a copy of Diamond and/or Pearl.

Darkrai, If you havent already got him through CHEATING or using a glitch in V.1 of the Japanese game, or by getting him as a trade over Pokemon GTC (most likely originaly obtained by cheating) - Will officially be available in
North America at
Toys"R"Us store between
12:noon - 4:PM on
May,31 - June,1.
Make sure you have Diamond and or Pearl, one open spot on your belt and have completed the elite 4. This is a mystery gift event, and will not unlock the Island. He will also not be able to be traded over WiFi. Darkrai is only legitimately available through Nintendo promotions like this one, and can not normally be found in the game. Chances are this is the only event to give him away.

Black Friday: This day comes around once a year and is always the day after Thanksgiving. It's the biggest shopping holiday of the year, and parking lots are crammed! Basically it marks the start of holiday shopping because this is the day every store in the US decide to throw on super special sales that only happen for the 3 days or less (friday saturday sunday).
What I want to tell all of you fanboys out there is that the deals roll right into Gamestops, Walmarts, Targets, Circuit Cities, Bust Buys, Toys'R'Us's and all of our other favorite stores that carry Nintendo games! Here I have collected some of those couple-day-only deals! When looking at prices, the
GREEN prices are the cheapest for that deal!

This is the first year that N+ was able to do the
costume coN+est, and it turned out great! It seemed for a while that there were a few entrants, but in the final minutes (LITERRALY!) entrants finished up the touches on the costumes, and submitted photos!
First off, let me say that you members voted .ed into ring, and myself out - THIS was the only purpose of the member poll! The N+ moderators had an almost impossible challenge of deciding on who was first second and third! we had ties the entire time in our own private poll, until the last second!

EVENT IS OVER: YOU CAN NO LONGER OBTAIN MANAPHY THIS WAY+ Update: Manaphy came with a special red Pokeball I have never seen before as well as trainer name "TRU" and a description that also says "Pokemon Event". It also comes with a ribbon that will not allow this pokemon to be traded over the Global Trading System! If you did not play through Pokemon Rangers and do the secret missions to retrieve the egg that you can upload into Diamond and Pearl to hatch to get Manaphy, you can do the next hardest thing: Find a Toys R Us store and download one for yourself! Sounds easy right? well at least where I live the closest Toys R Us is two cities away. I had to drive there to
get the legit Mew back in the day.
Anyway if you would like to
locate the closest Toys R Us and download the critter for yourself (which I am sure will carry some sort of Nintendo trainer number) Just make sure you are there on
Saturday, September 29th between 12 and 3PM. You will download him onto your DS through I am guessing a download station... instead of lines! Also as an added bonus you get $5 off any DS game when you download the pokeymanz.
Obviously have your DS charged as well as a copy of Diamond or Pearl (BOTH probably will get you 2 Manaphys). It is a good idea that you have a National dex, or at least the area dex.

There will be some special Psyduck available over the global trading network (Daisuki Club) from
August 26th through the 30th for American players of Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl. These Psyduck may be considered royalty, you see they are being offered by:
- Junichi Masuda : Gamefreak Director : ID# 05458
- Ken Sugimori : Pokemon Art Director : ID# 38793
- Shegeki Morimoto : Battle Director : ID# 53437
Each Psyduck will come complete with it's Japanese name and Japanese pokedex entry! To try and recieve the Psyduck simply place a ponyta up for grabs in the network, thats what the Pokemon game creators are collecting I guess. The player must already have a Psyduck registered in his/her pokedex to be able to be eligible, and each director is giving out only 30 Psyduck each (90 total)!
When depositing your Ponyta in Jubilife City trade center seek for:
- Pokemon: Psyduck
- Gender: No Preferance
- Level: No Preferance
If you are a Japanese player, you can log in during the same time frame to try and recieve an American Heracross with American name and pokedex entry from some Nintendo of America members, wouldn't it be sweet to have a Heracross thats all about "Kickin' a$$ and takin' names"!? Japanese gamers should place a Rosalia up for trade to try and recieve the special Heracross - I assume that all set-up steps are the same.
