The new official Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth website is now live! It looks like its almost fully open too, the "Demo" link is still shaded in, but hey at least the downloads and trailers (plus more) links are ready for use!
Oh and before you start you get to choose European English "Right O!" or American English "Right On!"
This week's Tokyo Game Show has been great for fans of the Okami franchise (it's a franchise now!). Capcom has released a brand new, adorable, trailer (above) for Okamiden, the DS sequel to Okami, while a couple of media outlets have posted off-screen footage of the game in action (available after the break).
Capcom has also launched the official Japanese website for Okamiden, featuring artwork, screenshots, and video.
We at N+, like everyone else with brains, absolutely loved the original Okami, and can't wait for the sequel, so we'll be sure to keep you updated with any news we hear!
If you got platinum status then you should have gotten an email like this sent to you by Nintendo. Obviously they still haven't said what the special reward is for going gold or platinum yet.
Deep Silver has announced that their Cursed Mountain website is finally open for business. The page is scary and is feature-packed with lots of pictures, "news postings", clippings, gadgets, and what-nots (which will also make your journey through there scary but in a bad way if you have a slow connection or if three of your coworkers are simultaneously watching HD broadcasts). They even have unlockable items on the page! o_O Yup...
Just remember! The page is age-restricted! Click here to be transported into a scary Himalayan setting...
For those of us still playing Animal Crossing on the Wii, this is awesome! For those of you who haven't visited your towns in a while, stop in and check out your sweet bed-head and then log on to WiFi because today is the last day to get your Shamrock Hat! It almost slipped by!
Also in extremely related news, there is an official North American site dedicated to telling us about the DLC offer! Check it out!
N+ UPDATE:I guess this picture will automatically update when the new item is coming out! Kicky Sweet!
Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars' official site, officially launched today. Peep it out, it looks very nice, shows off the game pretty well, a game I will get, and has some big videos up. They also let you grab this cool widget with videos in it, we posted it here to show it off:
Hey everyone, I hope you all had a Happy New Year! I spent mine with a big bottle of non-alcoholic wine and all my neighbors in my Animal Crossing town of Rosewood. We watched fireworks light up the sky and even popped some fireworks ourselves.
N+ gets it's monthly make-over and this month I designed our header to reflect Nintendo's Hanafuda Playing Cards! Haha! You can now get these cards via Club Nintendo in North America, or if you live anywhere else in the world, you always have ebay. I'm not sure if Japan has these cards in their Club Nintendo anymore. Anyway, a wallpaper has not been finished, but keep your eyes peeled, I am working on it - times just got a little rough this past month for me is all. As a side note, the "spade N+ logo" item is an edit of one of Nintendo's original logos during one of their early stages. It wasn't their first, but it was one of the first. Of course the "+" wasn't there, and the letter "n" was smaller (you can now find that logo on the "Master of Illusion" game box art for DS). I hope you enjoy the new theme!
Happy New Year to you all, and everyone here at N+ sincerly thanks you for your support!
Hey everyone, it was great year at N+, we had a lot of fun, a lot of games, a lot of news, and a TON of members come our way this year.
Here's looking toward 2009 with higher hopes, maybe N+ can continue to grow and get more featurific! Oh, and by the way did you know that now you can type www.NPlusNews.com into your browser and you will reach us?! Yeah, give a big thanks to LutherJW for that nice addition. Now it should be easier than ever to share our website with your friends via word of mouth
As per usual New Year's wouldn't be complete without Animal Crossing somehow making a big deal about it, so if you have Animal Crossing on the DS or Wii, get in there and visit Tortimer! There is super sweet New Year's music, and a big countdown. Have fun! What are your New Year's resolutions? Play more games? Play LESS games? Tell us in comments!
Gamers of the world, rejoice! Club Nintendo and all of its earnable goodies is finally here!
Oh, OK... So it's not for all the gamers of the world? Only US and Canada? OK... Aaaah, and not all goodies seen in Japan's Club Nintendo are available? Ooooh, but it DOES still have some goodies, right? Riiight...
So for those of us who don't live in the US/Canada (oooh, so close!) this probably isn't too big a deal, but for you lucky Northamericans, enjoy the benefits of registering your Nintendo products and acquiring good stuff with those sweet 'coins'. Enjoy the Club here!
The voting polls are closed, the contest is over - and we didn't get 1st. Thats okay though we got 2nd! We got second place with 365 Photos, of course we did, we couldn't let them beat us, and they seem pretty attached to us as well
The voting closed with: id taking first place at 20% of the votes and 125 votes total. While we and 365 both got 19% of the votes and 116 votes total.
I just created a new thread in the forums (here) where you can post your Animal Crossing Friend Code! Remember you must be registered on N+ to post on the forums, so if you're not, you should sign up! Stay tuned for some future N+ Animal Crossing Events!
The official website for Animal Crossing: City Folk has been updated and you can now check out all of the goodies. The coolest thing to get from the site is a free downloadable calendar application (Mac or PC) that displays all the special holidays in the game, like when the next fishing tourney is, or the next "Bug-Off" competition.
It looks like anyone who gets the game Sunday, and not somehow earlier is going to miss a special fishing tourney that is going on Saturday! It looks like there is going to be a special fish to catch, and not just any fish for size.
One cool thing about the game that I recently discovered is that you can take pictures at any time and save them to an SD card, so you can mail it to your message board or friend's message boards. You can mail letters to emails and phones, but the game doesn't promise that everyone will recieve these pictures if you go that route.
Opera is at it again! Back to the Opera Best voting! Last year, N+ won the Best Group on Opera award, and we are trying to do it again, so please vote! I know we can do it! Ramunas was the very first person to vote at all, and he voted for us! Thanks Ramunas!
Everyone who feels like participating should get those photos in by tonight! Today is the seventh, meaning it's been one week since Halloween! Check here for the official rules, and if you wanna take a peek at the gallery, its completely open! Ed and Zenyou just added some last minute costumes, and they look Kickysweet! Oh and as far as the moderators that are entering, its up to YOU to decide who had the coolest costume! So vote vote vote! The results for the Presidential N+ Poll are in, read more to see the numbers.
Its finally arrived! The Patch to the Fan translation has been released! Click here to download the patch! You will need to find a ROM of Mother 3 to patch it to first though. Since ROMs are illegal, N+ will not provide you a link to the ROM. If you are having problems with the ROM or patching it, go to the Readme section of the Translation site! Thanks again to Tomato and EVERYONE who worked on the Fan Translation! You guys ROCK!
