New Super Mario Bros. Wii is Out

, , , ,

The game was highly expected ever since it was announced, analysts predict it will be a smash hit (which is not such a strange thing to believe in the first place), it is featured on our own N+ design, and pretty much everyone who owns a Wii should get this game according to multiple reviews (and if you don't own a Wii, it is a pretty good reason to go out and get one) even if it does lack online multiplayer. As of yesterday, New Super Mario Bros. Wii is officially out in the US and most of America (yeah, America is a continent, NOT a single country ¬.¬).

How many of you already got a copy? How many are eagerly awaiting to get one? I, for one, can't wait to get it. All the friends I know who own a Wii want it badly. But will it really be the hit analysts predict? I think so.

I bought it on launch day. I had mixed feelings about it, but couldn't miss a Mario title for anything. Turns out that it is exceeding my expectations and it is a BLAST to play both single and multiplayer. The levels look great and have some new twists and quirky obstacles not seen in other Mario games. The boss fights are so reminiscent to Super Mario World's boss fights with the Koopalings! The online multiplayer doesn't really bother me too much. If there is one thing I don't like, it's that the music is revamped music from the DS New Super Mario Bros. and it doesn't really bring much new to the table. I was hoping it could bring back older songs from Super Mario Bros 1-3. In the end, it's an awesome game, and I have to cut the review short, because the longer I type, the less time I could be playing it!

Which reminds me! This is undoubtedly the HARDEST Mario game ever! It is tricky and there is so much going on that you'll die without noticing!

So that explains why they decided to implement the Guide thingy in this game, first... Can't wait to get it!

Actually America is a country according to 3rd definition of Webster's dictionary. Or alternatively, it is two continents according to the 1st and 2nd definitions.

yes someone who finally agrees with me and my family.
'America is not a single country,But a continent'

I think that from top to bottom,is America in whole.
true you can say North America and South America, but America still is.
In my country geography says there is one America continent, and is devided in three parts,North,Central, and South.
when I came to the US,geography says there are two continents,North, and South, not one America.
I think this is when sarcasm and pride of every country shows off.
My country says one thing.
The US another thing.
and I bet other countries say another thing.

Is like saying(which I don't agree) Christobal Colon found The Americas,I say wrong,in fact the natives were the one who found the Americas, since we all come from the middle east, like in Africa.

I think I will get it later

I know we're diverting a bit from the original point (New Super Mario Bros. Wii), but sorry... America IS a continent... Webster's definition SHOULD be only that; true, due to modisms and useage, it is a common practice to call the US 'America' because the US decided to call themselves that! But the original name of "America" was given to a whooooole continent, and that's a fact.

What a sad house to live in. O_O I couldn't imagine life w/o at least ONE Mario platformer. As for me, I might get it (as soon as I can scrounge up some money to buy it), and from what I've heard, I think I'll like it.
