Last week we wanted to know your views on Nintendo's Pay and Play service. It looks like just about half of you (46%) are only willing to use it for downloadable content, and 14% only for online gaming. 21% of you obviously can't get enough Wi-Fi fun, and are willing to pay for both. About the same number (18%) aren't impressed with Nintendo's online services enough to warrant paying for them.

In honour of Mario Kart Wii being release this month, this week kicks off a Mario Kart Month of polls.

Which of the following Mario Kart games is the best?

Super Mario Kart (SNES)
Mario Kart 64 (N64)
Mario Kart Super Circuit (GBA)
Mario Kart: Double Dash!! (GC)
Mario Kart DS (DS)

I LOVED ALL OF THEM (except the gba one wich i never played)

AGH! Also I think double dash may be the best if I am driving and my buddy is weaponing in two player campaign mode - holy hell, why do people hate this one!?

My vote goes to the original. It was a close call between that and MKDS, but I really have had more fun playing the original over the years. Perhaps without my rose-tinted retrospective glasses on, the DS version would walk it.

The worse by far is the GBA version. The handling is as if a bear has just walked up to your GBA and punched it in the crotch.

I voted for Mario Kart 64. I haven't really played the rest (I know!), but I would play the 64 version for hours with my cousin. It was awesome.

The only played the DS version because thats the one that i gave my father as a birthday present & raced against him via download play so i can't vote for this one .

I've never played the DS version, but it's in the lead. My vote's with 64. C'mon, 4 player mayhem! That's why the Nintendo 64 was the best of the 90's consoles.

Yup... Better weapons, better tracks, better multiplayer... My vote's with the DS version... Let's wait and see how the Wii version stacks up...
