Capcom 'Refining' Spyborgs, Possible Sequel Coming

, , , ,

When asked why Capcom's latest Wii title, Spyborgs, was absent from E3, Christian Svenson from Capcom informed members of the Capcom-Unity forum the title recently underwent a "major overhaul" and was not ready to be shown. Mr. Svenson also spilled the beans about a Spyborgs sequel: when asked about online co-op, he replied that they "have to save some features for the sequel."

I haven't played Spyborgs, but I'm wondering how Capcom decided to build a franchise out of a game that hasn't been released, while Zack and Wiki has almost no chance of a sequel...

Havent you been traditionally more militant about NOT creating sequals and going FOR the creation of new franchises?
