Famitsu magazine have conducted a survey of 58 developers at 19 Japanese game companies to discover their opinions on the next gen consoles. IGN have translated the story, but GoNintendo have put the stats into an easily accessible format.

It's worth bearing in mind that the Xbox isn't as popular in Japan as it is in other parts of the globe, but even so, it's nice to see the Wii getting this positive feedback. Let's just hope the consumers feel the same way!
