Star Fox 2 Footage

Coincidence is a funny old thing. Not just 20 minutes ago I was replying to a thread made by the good Cap'n in our forum regarding what games you would like to see on the Virtual Console. One of my choices would be the unreleased sequel to StarFox/Wing for the SNES called StarFox 2 (I bet you didn't guess that). I remember that I was so disappointed when I found out that this game wasn't going to be released. It was going to be as good as the original, but with multiplayer and the ability to transform your craft into a walking mech-like robot.

I put this down as one of my choices, and then I came accross some previously unreleased footage of the game. Take a look at the clip after the break, and see why I hope that this game gets released on the VC!

I've always wanted that game to be released on the virtual console. That game was so close to being completed, too bad they scraped the project to make way for the N64.
