Looks like the Trauma Center games are getting a new one added to the mix with the upcoming Wii title "Trauma Team" from Atlus. I bet it's called "Team" because it adds multiplayer somehow - not confirmed.

The official art-teaser-picture-thingy shown here shows a release date of Spring 2010. A year out, yeah, so be ready to wait a year to pull a support beam from a heart?
