The Zen of HTML5: London Web presentation

, , , ,

Last week, 120 Londoners were locked in a room and made to listen to me talk about HTML5, specifically its origins and design principles.

Here's a video.

The Zen of HTML5 by Bruce Lawson from Opera from Nathan O'Hanlon on Vimeo.

And here's the audio in open Ogg Vorbis format, courtesy of Christian Heilmann and the marvellous archive.org.

Thanks to Nathan O'Hanlon of London Web for the invitation and taking the video, Web Directions @media and the other sponsors, and to everyone for coming.

Thanks. Interesting video and nice list of resources I'll be having a thorough look at.

Vimeo supports the html5 video element, just not in its embed. Also they only support h.264 in their video.
