Sold Out In America

I Say, "IMPEACH BUSH"

I’m a U.S. citizen, tax payer with active service to my country under my belt, this is my government that works for me, and I demand justice and fairness. I’m not a lawyer, but just a man with enough common sense to know the difference between justice and injustice, fairness and unfairness. Should a man who has lied to Congress be president of the United States, if that lie is responsible for thousands of deaths? No, of course not. So, this man should be impeached, right. I have been ignored and already some laugh at me, but can they express logic, or do they have none?

Some believe that impeaching Bush is impossible and can’t or won’t happen, to them I quote, Jesus “Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.” For those who may not believe in Jesus, I feel sorry for you.

I say, “Impeach Bush,” because it is the just and fair thing in the name of all those who have died for a lie and I believe it will happen.

however, it won't happen .. he works for the rich not the general citizen..
He protects the large corporate companies not the mon and pops.
He should not have been allowed to run for pres with the holdings in OIL he and his family has..
This goes for his father too who started the whole thing with the Bush clan.
I am sure he wouldn't send his son if he had one over to Irag infact.. Michael Moore did a survey in DC and when he asked some of the members of congress some said NO and others called the police on him.

The US is getting a royal screwing and it's so sad the young men and women are paying with their blood for the blood money of others.

Lord knows I have tried to understand people who find Bush so admirable. I mean, several million (republican) Americans can't be wrong can they?

At first I tried to see that the value of securing natural resources for economic stability is a worthy goal for any leader. If it were my country, I would want to be a force for good, democracy, and freedom in the rest of the world - as the washington adverts tell us. But then that argument falls flat on it face when one considers reality and the consequences of military action, doesn't it?

The control of the production of oil, and therfore its market price has had profound effects on America's economy. It will make economic growth last that much longer, and stave off recession. Was it worth killing a few hundred thousand people? I fear most analysts in Washington will say yes. Yet, when I see in my mind's eye the image of a little Iraqi girl who had all four of her limbs blown off by a cluster bomb struggling pathetically against the pain, I want to scream, "I told you this would happen. You *****ers". Nothing is worth that.

Anyone who's been in service knows that you mobilise an army out to kill people. Bringing freedom, democracy, whatever, is an afterthought, a figment of a politician's rhetoric. Just before the middle of the last century, the siuation became so desperate that we formed the UN to stop wars from happening. To protect civillians. To form a forum for dialogue and peace. Therefore, anyone who takes unilateral action, anyone who undermines the UN is the enemy of the entire World and everything of value we hold dear. Guess who that enemy is? Bush.

Despite what they say at the white house, the world is a much worse place than it was before. The UN has been weakened for the first time since its inception, the government is more intrusive, we have less freedom, Iraq is a complete hell hole, a river of blood is running down the streets of London in revenge for the maltreatment of Iraqis and Moslems, the extremists on both sides are stirring up hatred, and I think we are on the brink of another world war. Only idiots would stand complacent and say that the "rag heads" will never catch up in weapons technology. Hatred, as well as faith, can move mountains.

Fishmongers sell fish. Warmongers sell war. Bush & Blair are warmongers who have misled their nations, and should be punished for what they have wrought. If these idiots have their way, what I have just written would be regarded as incitement to terrorism and I would be locked up in jail. Orwell was right, thought crime has been made real, not in 1984 but in 2005.

all the best,
Yong
