Theologyweb - Its not Theology, but its on the web
Sunday, October 22, 2006 6:05:22 PM
I've been a member of theologyweb for some years. Had a small spat with them back then after Bush was elected the second time and I told them to cancel my account then and they didn't, and I figure oh well.
I decided to go back there before the November elections, because for me to preach about God's love, peace, save the earth and feed the poor here or only places where everyone agrees with me doesn't accomplish much. But to go to theologyweb where most of those there voted for Bush, are Republican, pro war and believe they have a right to be rich and its to bad others are poor, its to bad they don't have the faith they have.
Needless to say, I don't believe I converted any of them and I am covered with cuts and bruises from all the stones and am fixing a bath to wash off all the dirt. Once again I have told them to cancel my account, and if they don't this time, I'll get a lawyer, because I don't want to be a part of their advertisement they flash on their web page, we have so many # members.
I'm not a Christian, but I respect the Christian faith and I know their are good Christians. The Amish, the Mennonites, the Salvation Army and I'm sure there are others. People who really believe that we should try to follow the teachings of Jesus but might disagree with me on just who Jesus is.
But there are people like Bush and his followers who call themselves Christian and they are not. If Jesus returns, he will send them to the Ghetto and put the earth under the rule of the Amish and those like them. The meek shall inherit the earth, and these arrogant, selfish, uncaring hypocrites who believe they are privileged and should live life in pleasure, they will live in tents.
Okay, I'm finished - just warning you though - if you're looking for truth, you won't find it at theologyweb.com.

Update 10/29
From the God fearing Jesus following Christ like Christians:
okcitykid, you do not have permission to access this page. Try and try as you may this won't change because we have brilliantly determined that it could be one of any number of reasons. We have left it up as an exercise for the reader to figure out which are relevant.
1. You have committed the most heinous of acts against this website and have refrained from paying your annual dues to the TWeb Illuminati. Remedy this promptly. Start by going here.
2. You never hung out with the cool kids at school.
3. You didn't promptly pay due respect to someone with vast God-like™ powers.
4. You are DLW or a DLW-sympathizer and as such have not been hooked up with any of those previously mentioned vast God-like™ powers so you can't edit someone else's post, or make the rules here cause to much to your own chagrin you do not own this website.
5. We have decided that you have obsessively used "detente in the cultural wars" just one too many times and in leu of banning you to the highest mountain with an itchy sweater we came up with this error message.
6. We actually wake up in the morning thinking of these new ways to torture people with obnoxious errors like this. Unfortunately for you, you're our latest unlucky victim. Sucks to be you.
If you figured out which one is relevant and it isn't reason #1. Our well documented and scientifically proven method of resolving this is by flapping your arms up and down repeatedly or brib...err paying your TWeb rent or doing your darndest to suck up to the big guy at postmaster@theologyweb.com. Nasty emails about this error message to said big guy may result in this error message being viewed by you inevitably throughout the entire site.
What can I say, they beleived Bush was a born again Christian who would make this world one world under God, sad but true.
