zjrJS, a cross-browser javascript library

Over on the OmegaJunior.Net, we've been busy adding API documentation and best practices on zjrJS, our own cross-browser javascript library.
zjrJS was created in a time when jQuery had yet to become popular, and found its way into a handful of (commercial and personal) web sites. Because it is used to great extent in the CCS and ADUA, previously mentioned in this blog, where we expect community members to use the zjrJS API in their own coding, and because we wish to inform our customers and potential other developers, we've chosen to devote a new section of the OmegaJunior.Net to zjrJS documentation.
zjrJS aims to provide an opaque cross-browser, cross-platform, backwards compatible API alternative and shortcut, for much-used DOM operations like addEventListener, createElement, getElementById, toggling CSS classes (which just became easier in Html5 with the classList attribute), loading external scripts, and off-line storage.
We're in the process of documenting the API. Already available are the quick-start guide, some best practices, virtues and drawbacks of zjrJS, and at least half the API documentation.
zjrJS can be used and copied freely. We like you to derive your own atomic version that fits your site in the best possible way. Just make sure that the copyright notice continues to contain our name and e-mail address.
Happy coding!
