Bridgehead, crap, buggy, failures

Bridgehead Software Company produces backup software such as HyperTape and it is absolutely horrendous. Not only is it expensive but is plagued with bugs. I seldom go through a week of backups without some kind of error. I have no faith in this product. It's not intuitive or functional and lacks decent reporting capabilities and diagnostics. Bridgehead technicial support is unable to diagnose most issues with their software.
DON'T PURCHASE BRIDGEHEAD BACKUP SOLUTION SOFTWARE!!!

fraud, aol, thief
I've never been an AOL user, but have paid the for 2 months of dialup service.
I opened a fraudulent claim with them after I caught the first months charge. And they allowed the same thief to charge me for the service again the next month. They lost their opportunity to actually catch the perpetrator.
My Credit card holder (VISA) couldn't address the problem with me directly as AOL had a review with them open. It went unresolved and I was never refunded. Finally Visa issued me another credit card as fraud had occured.
I HATE AOL!!!

Klipsch, thief, steal, speakers

Klipsch sold many ProMedia model speakers that were defective and failed within the first 3 years. They have listed the problems on their forums and DO NOT stand behind their products. Most Klipsch products are very expensive and repair costs are high as well (over 25% of origional purchase price).
