So, what have I been up too lately, one might ask. Not those that lives in Norway that is. So here is a brief update on what I´ve been doodling with lately.

Monday.
Sorry folks, can´t remember.

Tuesday.
I was over in Lillestrøm with Marius
Were we in Strømmen?
Well, we were somewhere at least including the fountain area in Lillestøm

Wednesday.
Baked some cookies in the morning.

Just in case you want a fool proof Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe, here it is.

INGREDIENTS

* 205 g butter flavored shortening
* 150 g white sugar
* 110 g brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 10 ml Mexican vanilla extract
* 280 g all-purpose flour
* 5 g baking soda
* 6 g salt
* 335 g milk chocolate chips

Most importantly : A whole lot of love and perseverance

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter flavored shortening, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla .Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until light brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Moving on, then we were over at Jessheim and the airport and all that along the way that is
Grilled, Wii, and all the usual things.
Which of course includes no trains available for me to get home till 12.21. Though also not surprising, Torbjørn manages to get on a bus to get him home.

But fear not! *put on suspense music*. You can always count on Magnar for a lift home . Ahh the pure bliss of someone who can drives and who is nice enough to drive people home.

Thursday.
I am sure I did something. Cant put my hands as to what.

Friday
Met up with George, his brother, Marius and Magnar for some random sitting down.
And an interesting conversation on the train ride home *wink* *wink*


Saturday and Sunday.
"Quality time" with uncle and aunt
Meaning sitter a full 2 hours or more on the dinner table.
Watching a zillion lame ass movies etc etc.

Yeap, that was another wasted week. Though I spent it with people I actually like. So its all good after all.

On the mean time. Here is a rant for today.
I noticed how fugly the Yearbook is. And if you really ask me, its really sad that I was in the committee too be honest. Everything is wrong!. Who did the proof reading?!. UGH. FUGLY!
So frustrating, and embarrassing really.

I would put some pictures here. If only I can remember WHERE I stored the pictures.
Bah.
