Semi-Truck wreck in Tarpley

Yesterday there was a lot of commotion in our very small town. A semi truck carrying a load of gravel, driven by a 23 year old man (just a baby!) apparently didn't notice the speed limit drop as you enter town. He hit the center of town (a 45mph zone) doing 65 or 70mph. He underestimated a curve and the next thing you know...
