One Mind to Another!

"There is no prison greater than that of one's own mind" -Shawn Plaugher

A mind is a terrible thing to waste, I should know, I fight with mine everyday. It's like a devil on one side and an angel on the other constantly kicking each others ass . I guess that pretty much sums it up.
I'm near it all, my tilt a little off balance.
My sorinity with a twist of insidious.

Rolling fits of deliverance, is this my final covertness.
Hard Veins eradicated, my dry tears cry watery eyes.

Why must this forsake me. Willingness?
re-built, crumbled, swept up
and used for anothers indulgence.

Cold, I'm near it all.
Confused, my tilt a little off balance.
Emotional, fits of deliverance.
Unforgivabe, veins eradicated.

Forsaken!

The Becoming!

Theories of apocalyptic nature, thunders roll eccentric shields of light, reflections of the visions to come.

Beast fury lies in wait unlike any animal with its grim gray structure bestowing upon its skeletal arcane.

The hand of might calls judgment to arms, mighty warriors stagger jagged barbs.

A knight, a king and his men, contraventions unholy bend.

Today Was a Good Day!

Today Was a Good Day,
the cold breeze blowing up against my cheeks.

The morning sun's heat,
watching people go about their every day lives.

Grateful husbands and wives,
the voice of a new born cry.

Today Was a Good Day,
I couldn't have imagined it any other way.

The sound of a hammer,
the spin of a saw,
a smile from an unexpected awe.

Today Was a Good Day, I
made it home okay.

The dogs at the door to greet,
waiting for their special treats,
having a glass of wine,
an easy pose to dine.

Today Was a Good Day.

Old Man!

Waiting for the right moment, gathering the feel,
a fresh start at life despite his entities.

Shallow, so shallow the old man crying, young people dying,
a new born child, the new parents smiling, a piercing rush,
kids on the old yellow school bus.

The sky draws near, another old man tear, son grown up,
his dad missed out on so much, trouble on the mind,
paying for his crimes.

A chapter closed, he will never know, another warm tear,
another cold beer, more taunting fears.

Reflections in the mirror, another sound clearer, the intensity
draws nearer, but cries another old man lie.

Shallow, so shallow no old man crying, only old men dying,
no new born child, no parents smiling, a piercing rush,
no more kids on the old yellow school bus.

Waiting in the Dark!

I ask myself, what does it take to live in such a free world,
but what is so free about living in a world,
is this the free world we really live to know.

I envy the small things in life, the things most people take for granted,
I always see how people pretend, pretend to be something,
something they are turned into and cant stand up against,
is this the price of failure, the price in such a free world.

I ask myself, what does it take to live in such a free world,
waiting in the dark, but for what, waiting for my turn,
waiting In such a free world.

I see children running, but from what, a society they know so little about,
their innocence taken away from them, are they stuck,
stuck inside such a free world.

I ask myself, is that me I see waiting in the dark,
a world of opportunity suddenly that struck me down,
opportunity in such a free world.

I find myself filled with your breath you and I share,
it's harder to breathe, is this the price of living,
sharing in such a free world.

I ask myself, what does it take to live in such a free world,
waiting in the dark, but for what,
waiting for the consequence of my crimes,
crimes of consequence in such a free world.

Is this the free world we really live to know,
or is this the cost of Ignorance.
There is nothing left in such a free world,
when you have already taken It all.

A BLINDED AMERICA!

One has to think in such a crippled society where we actually belong.
Who are we really and what are we really suppose to be doing in our everyday lives.

Every time I turn around there is something new and dysfunctional about our world. We breed fear and confusion to many through media and for what reason, it's hurting us more than it's helping us.

Can't there just be one day dedicated to the good things going on in the world.
Or will this be rejected and corporate companies lose money because of it.

I mean is society so addicted to violence and chaos that we simply can't
stop and look around at the positive things trying to influence us on a daily basis.

It saddens me our society blindly sees the world from one perspective, the media. It's tainting and frustrating at the same time. Where is our hope if people continue to ignore it.

why does an act of violence and terrorism the only thing that brings us together. "To the people for the people" is a crock of shit if you ask me and if that's the case I don't want to be apart of it..

Why can't we pull together like this in times of harmony and peace. I am
just baffled that America has turned itself in to a publication for the media market only to cover depressing acts of violence going on in our world around us.

For once I would like to turn on my TV, open my newspaper and read about something positive our world is trying to do for once. I just can't help but speak my mind from time to time.

I believe this is important but I know even this will go ignored by many because it's simply not coming from the media per say.

I have found out through my years that to make an impact on people you have to be within the eyes of the media. Catch the media, only then will you catch an audience who will watch and listen.

I love our country and the colors of our flag truly mean something to me. I simply hate to see America be a mockery of what tomorrows relentless media will bring.

Character

I think where most people go wrong during there lifetime is they tend to think life is just about living. Life is far more than just living and the sooner people understand this the better.

To me life is about making the right choices and changes during our journey here. We have been given an awesome gift of thought, emotion and expression. I hate to see people go about there everyday lives and continuously ignore it.

Your greatest gift doesn't come from the possessions you own or the amount of money you can make but rather comes from your gift of thought, imagination and expressions. I see so many lost people everyday who really believe there lives are in order but reality will tell a different story and one people don't want you to see.

I know this because for years I was like everyone else wondering hopelessly about believing my life was fine. I cant speak for everyone but I can sure relate. I just want to make a difference in my life and I want to make a difference in other peoples lives as well no matter how big or small of an impact it may be.

I know people read my writing and I know they can relate to it. I am not writing because it's what I do for a living like some or because I think it's what people want to hear. I write because I'm a minority and no one knows who I am and I simply enjoy it. I know at least one person will actually stop to take a look and actually see where I am coming from when I write about things.

I try to promote thought through my writing and through this I want to inspire others to do the same. In all honesty nothing has helped me become who I am today other than writing about it. Sure I have been inspired by other peoples writing for an example Bryant McGill not because he's a celebrity because to me he is just a person just like the rest of us, but because he has a true passion for life helping people by guiding them through a positive message.

If you have an idea don't be afraid to express it. Who cares what people might think about it or you. Sharing is your first step to success and to a better life altogether. Don't get me wrong, there are different ways of doing this but I believe you know where I am coming from in that respect.

In my mind I see a world misguided and mistreated by those who have misdirection. I am here to change that through my writing. We all have a purpose but you don't necessarily need to find it to know who you are and where you stand in life.

I'm a simple person and I believe our mind is the most important & powerful part of our character.

Existence!

I have come across this question more than once and have pondered this many times before about what it is that makes us, well... us. We all have reason for life, we are here for reason not just "A Reason" but some of you may be asking for what?

What exactly is a reason of life? I believe "Existence" is the word of reason for life in general terms but do you agree with it? You don't have to because we all don't share the same reasoning of life but we can all relate to it.

Some believe in different gods while others believe in a higher power and this is okay, but is this "A Reason" or just another reason? I believe we exist for a greater cause and without reason to hide existence with.

We create reason but we don't need reason to do something good for someone else do we? So why should we put a reason on life itself!? Why cant we just accept reason for what it is and not what its worth?

Anyone can put a price on reason, but you cant put a price on existence itself. Let us share life with existence first and then express our reasoning later because without accepting existence first there would be no reasoning of life to begin with.

I myself believe in god and a higher power greater than myself through Existence not through Reasoning.

Recreate your Mind!

, , , ...

We have the power of free will and to create un-instanced dreams and thought's. You want to go to that hideaway paradise, you don't need a plane ticket to get you there. You want that Porsche you can't afford, no money required. How about that perfect person you so long desire each and everyday, your wait is over.

Express your thought's, feelings, and emotions through your gift of thought. Who ever said you needed to be president to run a country, it's yours to re-create and destroy. Live inside
your thought's and let your mind take you on a journey. Create it, and if you don't like the outcome, erase it and start over.

Want to be that lazy person or put on a show, do you want to be that person everyone talks about at the end of the day, who needs Jay Leno when we have you. Some of you may think I'm sitting at my desk writing this, in reality I'm writing this on another universe, one I rule and am free to Conquer. I found this place, and you will only be able to find it to, if I give you the directions, but sit tight, you're journey will only start when your mind decides it does.

Music can take you places you never dreamed of. Use your mind, explore it, and express it. You're not crazy, you're just a creative thinker. There is no shame, only regrets. You don't need to depend on the same happy memory when you're down or lost, create a new one, one that you are free to change and add to.

Take that vacation early this year, and if at the end of it you feel you left something out, re-create it, this won't cost you any money to do over again this time. Our minds are so unique, if only more people knew how to use them. Getting an A+ on a math test doesn't make you a smart person, your good judgment does.

Some people believe Einstein was a Genius, I believe he was just a creative thinker! Explore your mind openly. After all, It's not a terrible mind you're wasting, it's just a mind you're not Re-creating.
