Summet or other

My computer is F***ed. I've already spoken about the bug riddenness of it on WLB (may provide link here, may not, see how mood takes me, computer is broke) - we downloaded Malware by accident after having the new laptop about a week and although it was fixed it was still temperamental. This opera blog in particular going to rogue pages. We were using google and only going on pages that had the AVG tick but we have since lost google as well, so Woody looked up the message we get instead of google, and it looks like Malware is still in our system.

Got a notification of latest Internet Explorer 9, so thought I'd download it - see if there's any improvement. Nah - google still f***ed and it's lost our internet history. (Althought that might have happened after I tried CCleaner) - Opera has improved now though and AVG Safe Search is okay as long as you wait for the AVG tick.

(Aside - I know there are other internet providers but last time I experimented with a different one my Itunes library went haywire and it was such a nightmare to fix I'm sticking with IE.)

However, in tandem with this our internet connection has become f***ed. The main annoyance of this for me being that I can't download my podcasts!!! Particularly the latest Richard Herring Edinburgh podcasts. I have discovered that listening to it via the British Comedy Guide website rather than relying on the Itunes download can sometimes be possible - however yesterdays has died after 20 minutes.

The web became unusable about a month ago and then suddenly it zinged back into life so I thought hooray - maybe someone complained to orange and it wasn't just us, but it's gradually getting worse again! We're connected to the box but we have got access to wireless but can't work out how to do it yet. (Not looked into it that hard though) If we get wireless we'll be able to get Iplayer on a Wii as well, we discovered yesterday. Sky sent an offer that is more than half less I'm paying now via Orange so may have to look into that.

Talking of Sky though, our Sky box was f***ed too. They sent round a man who replaced our dish and gave us a new box. And it turned out that box was f***ed too. So a new man came round and tried to fit another box which was f***ed as well, so he put another one in. Sky Living and Sky One looked temperamental at first but it seems alright now. It may well be f***ed too though.

Also, my mum and dad have been doing our washing for the past three months as our washing machine is f***ed. We'll be getting a new one after we get new flooring as the flooring is f***ed.

The freezer is a bit f***ed too, actually, it keeps icing up and forcing the door open. I need to de-frost it again.

Also, my body is f***ed, as I also mentioned on WLB, I have had food poisoning. Campylabacter. I reckon I got it from a cold cooked chicken I ate all of and no-one else had any of from Sainsburys. Finally started getting better two days ago so am eating proper food again now. Going to a wedding today though which will be a proper test.

Right...I'm now going to copy and paste this blog post into Word in case the computer loses it when I try and publish it. Did I tell you my internet is f***ed?
