How to maximize our opportunities to make Christ know

It is clear that the only reason the lord kept us in the world up till now and did not take us away to heaven as soon as we became born again is for us to fulfil the great commission.We have no continuing city here.Our citizenship is in heaven(Phil.3:20),We are only ambassador of heaven here on earth.But if an ambassador forgets his commission and begins to mingle with the children of this world,doing what they do,it will be a great disaster for that ambassador and a great loss for the kingdom.
Our God-given commission
"All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.Go therefore and make disciples of all nation,baptizing them in the name of the Father,and of the Son,and of the Holy Spirit,teaching them to observe all things that i have commanded you,and lo,I am with you always,even to the end of the age"Amen(Matt.28:18-20)
Whatever job you are doing and whatever relationship you are into;wherever God has sent and placed you,the great commission is the job to do.All other jobs,relationships and activities are only to be used as means of fulfiling heaven's commission.And at a time like this in the history of the church when God is already favourably disposed towards us,there is no better time to do the job than now.I pray that God will engraft His word upon the tables of our hearts and mobilize us unto obedience.
