Bernard Wainaina has extensive experience in Organic Livestock Production having had worked in the civil service as a Livestock Officer in the Ministry of Livestock Development and in the private sector as a Regional Technical Representative in GTZ(Intergrated Small Livestock Project), Kenchic Limited. He is also a part time Tutor in Organic Animal Husbandry and Ethnoveterinary Medicine at Kenya Institute of Organic Farming-Juja. He also runs his Livestock Consultancy Firm which trains on Organic Livestock Production to farmers and installs Biogas Production Units. He is a regular contributor to International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements on Internet Training Platform and his training materials can be accessed under Organic Animal Husbandry site on this Platform.
