My Opera New Blog Posts

I am new to My Opera. I've made a few blog posts already, but fail to see where any other My Opera users can see them to know they are there. I check and never see them listed in New Blog Posts on the My Opera Community page. I have even made a few posts on the forum in the past couple of days with no response. I really like using the newest Opera browser and like the integration of all of the Opera services, but so far personal blogging seems like a futile effort.

Wow, what a total waste of time watching the Men's NCAA Basketball Championship. Once again we are brought back to reality that money wins out.

Ear Worms, who's given you one?

When you hear the word worm a couple of images and thoughts usually come to a person’s mind. The first being a picture of a classic earthworm, which bears these descriptions;

terrestrial worm that burrows into and helps aerate soil; often surfaces when the ground is cool or wet; used as bait by anglers

For our more tech savvy friends there might be consideration given to a computer worm.

A computer worm is a malicious program that can replicate and run itself.

Both of those would indeed be correct. However, the type of worm I would like to bring to light, the kind that doesn't get too much press but can haunt you for short periods of time and in some cases years is an ear worm.

Weather or Not?

winter, temperature, snow, Cincinnati ...

As I look out the window today I wonder what weather mother nature has in store for us this month. I know other areas got winter weather much worse than we in the greater Cincinnati area did this season, but for our area it seemed more than usual. It seemed like we had a snow "event" at least 2-3 times per week. That made driving to work an adventure some days. On a few occasions it meant a 3 or so hour drive home which normally takes about 40 minutes. However we have past the first day of spring, March 20th and it seems old man winter is still fighting to stay around. Temperatures seemed to have warmed up a bit a few weeks ago but went back down into the 40 F range for a few weeks. Now it seems temps are going to have wild swings for the next couple of weeks. Here's looking toward the start of summer on June 21st!
