Photos taken on Sunday, July 12 on a day trip. All photos taken with my faithful 30 yr. old Pentax K1000, 35mm SLR. Not sure why it's showing Noritsu QSS-32_33 on the camera info on the sidebar. Does anyone know why it shows that? I didn't put it there.
Granite Dells, Prescott, Arizona

These few were taken about 20 years ago at an outdoor concert at Watson Lake Park in Prescott, Arizona. After the concert, we walked a very short distance to the lake where huge granite boulders jut out of the water. This area is called Granite Dells. I will add a few more photos of the concert when I find them.

Odd things I've photographed

A collection of photos I've taken at various places I've been or job sites where I worked as a secretary, girl friday, administrative assistant, or gopher (go for this, go for that). I actually enjoyed all of these jobs because I didn't have to sit or stand for hours at a time. The duties were varied and that is what I look for when seeking a job.

My trip to Europe

The year I turned fifty, my best friend and I took a three week trip to France, Spain and Italy. This was before I had dogs, otherwise I wouldn't have gone that long. Her son worked for an international airlines and got me a RT buddy pass for a little over $400. We stayed at the YMCA in Paris, France; then stayed with her son in Barcelona, Spain; then stayed in a hotel in Florence, Italy. We visited every major museum and gallery we could find and, for two artists, had the trip of a lifetime. These are only a few of the photos as I lost things in my computer crash. I will scan more in another time.
My Mother, Doris Jane, A Tribute

My mother had an extremely unhappy childhood. She was much happier later in
life with her children. She was my greatest fan. A regal woman. Quiet, shy, reserved....whatever you want to call it. She was like an ancient tree
watching over us all.
