Insert drawing in Google Docs

, ,

It's was about time! This day Google Docs Blog has published a post about a new feature in Google docs that people was needing for sure. It's the Insert Drawing tool that works in similar way than Insert Drawing in Word Office. There are arrows, stars, callouts... even a "Word Art" button!

You can read the post here and if you use Google docs I'm sure you'll like to check out how this new feature works

I made a little trial: You create a new document (doc, presentation or spreadsheet, you chose), click on Insert and then on Drawing and it pops up a separate canvas where you can make you drawing chosign from the available shapes. The shape is autosaved and when you close the canvas, your drawing appears in the document you're working on. I liked that when you click over inserted shape, it shows a little menu for editing shape.

Isn't it cool?? Hope you like it as much as I do.

See you next time and... Keep rocking \m/

*I read this new here in Digital Inspiration, another cool blog I follow

Gmail has Undo buttonTradition (April Fool's Day stinks!)

Hem... now that you tell me I never used Google docs with another browser :left: Maybe because I use it to save documents more than to create. I guess I'll make some experiments right now :D
