Technological innovations in our world "A welcome development"

Over the years, our world has witnessed an unprecedented advancement in technological developments, some have been great innovations while others are just plain mistakes from its developers, but all in all,it has been a worth while effort because even the failed developments often serves as eye opener to develop greater and better technologies. For the purpose of this competition,i am going to restrict my writings to information technology(IT) sector.

As an oracle database professional, with a vast knowledge about the oracle software, new releases and upgrades are still being carried out almost on a daily basis.Oracle is one of the top IT companies, developing database management systems and enterprise resource planning software which is used in almost all huge database applications with a major presence in banking industries,e-commerce,financial institutions and government bodies. Over the years, oracle courses has advanced from the oracle 8i,oracle 9i,oracle 10g,to oracle 11g,which is presently the latest and with each releases comes new advanced features to suit the challenges of our constantly evolving world and making task easier for the professionals.

Before the development of opera 10 technology,it has been difficult and almost impossible to share photos directly from your computer to another computer without first uploading to the web,but with the introduction of opera 10,new technology opera unite has been introduced,it is now possible to share photos, notes, music and other files from one computer to another without uploading them to the web and also it enables you to run chat rooms and host entire web sites therefore putting the power of a web server in your browser, thus giving you greater privacy and flexibility than other online services.I doff my hat for opera.

Yahoo mail has also experienced innovative technological development. In the past editions, you cannot by any means chat from your inbox, but due to recent upgrade, you can now conveniently chat from your inbox, see who is online and who is not, without having to log out from your inbox and login into yahoo messenger and this saves you time and very easy to achieve.

I can go on and on discussing lots of issues on this topic had i not been restricted to just 400 words but i hope i have been able to at least make some points on technological innovations in our world of today.
