I am not really a skin maker, I have only taken a few ideas from different skin and added them to the KDE crystal skin. (ok there were also a few bugs in that skin I had to redesign) herepirate

A few months ago I added 'custom icons' and also changed the 'speed dial screen'. I haven't yet uploaded it to the skin section but you can get it here : Skin Henri Beta

the link goes to a zip file (= the skin is not auto-loading). Are you sure you have skin.ini in the root dir of the zip file? I'd like to test it, but can't be bothered to go through that HUGE hassle of fixing this myself (c;=

I am using the skin, so it's correctly packed...
You have to copy the file in your skin folder manually because auto-installing is a server-side configuration thing and I've only copied the file of my "testing-skin" in the blog folder and didn't make an upload to the skin section...

EDIT: looks ok so far - what I gernerally dislike is if the panel icons are sitting on bigger, visible tiles. Other than that, I wonder why the mail panel background grey is darker than the toolbar-grey, but that may be a colour-weakness thing of mine.

Conclusion: simply doesn't fit into WinXP (c;=
