Hi All,
Few quick way to create backgrounds in Photoshop from Scratch.
So lets start.
First of all lunch "Photoshop"
We will go one by one step so lets do it!
Tutorial 01[/FONT]1. Create new document with any size (depend upon you), press keyboard "D" key for default ket and fill it with Black color.
2. Go to Filter - Render - Cloud.
3. Then go to - Filter - Render - Fibers - keep Variance and Strength amount as 4.0, press OK. Name this layer as "Fibers"
4. Make a duplicate of Fibers layer name it as Fibers_02.
5. Go to Filter - Texture - Mosaic Tiles - keep Tile size as - 100, Grout width as - 1 and Lighten Grout as 10.

6. Create New layer on the top of Fibers_02, Set layer mode to color (We are try to color our B/W image, I fill this layer with "R - 183, G - 205, B - 209", you can fill this with noise gradient.

We can use this background to create scary scene background and tiles.

Tutorial 021. Create new document with 1600 x 1200 px size (depend upon you).
2. Fill it with white color (press "D" for default color and press "
Ctrl+Backspace" on keyboard to fill it with white color)
3. Press keyboard "B" for brush then select "Basic brush" from drop down (you can select any brush preset), select 60 number brush. I have increased its master diameter 200 by right clicking on workspace and putting 200 value in master diameter.
4. Press F5 or press Toggle the Brushes palette. In palette press on
Brush tip Shape and in spacing keep the value to 200%. Go to Other Dynamics option and set control to Fade, 100 amount.
5. Now time to use this Brush. Create a new layer name it as circle.
By using this brush I have created this background. Hmmm.... not that good... Ok time to improve this!
6. Double click on circle layer and go to gradient overlay, I have choose following color you can choose as per your choice.
7. Then on background layer and choose Noise samples as shown in following image.
8. Select second number Noise samples gradient.
9. Keep Linear gradient on it half fill it as shown in following image.
10. Then go to Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur.
11. Set Gaussian Blur Radius to 224.0 pixel.
12. For more soft glow we will make copy of Circle layer and then go to Filter - Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur and Set Gaussian Blur Radius to 20.0 pixel.
I have reduced the opacity of layer to 50%.
Few examples of this trick -
