Creating Nebula from scratch in Photoshop

So lets start -
1. Create 1600 x 1200 size document
2. Fill it with black color (press "D" key for default color then press "Alt+Backspace" to fill it with black color). Name this layer as background.
3. Go to Filter - Noise - Add Noise - Set Amount - 30%, Distribution - Gaussian, check Monochromatic if off.
4. Go to Image - Adjustment - Curves or just press Ctrl+M to bring Curve option.
5. Keep 140 Input amount as shown in the image. So our little stars are visible

6. Create a new layer, name it as cloud layer and place it on top of background layer, fill it with black color(press "D" key for default color then press "Alt+Backspace" to fill it with black color)
7. Go to Filter - Render - Cloud
8. Then make a selection with Lasso tool (L key is shortcut), I made a selection like this.
9. Make a selection as per your choice and give Feather to selection - Shift + F6 or go to select modify Feather and keep 25 amount.
10. Go to Select and Inverse the selection (Ctrl + Shift + I)and press delete 3 time to smooth the edges.
11. I have scaled the cloud layer and make copy of it and placed on top.
12. Change both layer blending mode as - Linear Dodge (Add)
13. Create a new layer on top of all layer and name it as Color, change it's blending mode to color.
14. Go to Gradient (G is shortcut), from drop down choose simple.
15. I have choose Light cyan color and added two color in it, at location 0 I have added #f4abfd color and at location 50 I have added #dbffa1 color
16. Choose Gradient mode to linear Gradient and drag a stright line as show in image.
17. Image will look like something like this.
