Hi all,

This is my fav tutorial created by Adhir Oops myself.

So here how create cool effect:

1 - Create new document any size well I use 1024*768

2 - Add color I use blue.

3 - Add lense flare. As shown in image.

4 - Use chrome filter shown in image.

5 - Go to Filter - Distort - wave (2 time) shown in image.

6 - Add new adjust layer for color. Give color as u like.

7 - Copy that effect layer & use dodge tool (highlight) for glow.

8 - Final Image look like this..........
