My OperaManga Expo - 27 & 28 Octobre 2007

I spent my week-end at the Manga Expo in Paris!! as I explained you before, it's a kind of exhibition, with shops selling their products, shows, artists coming to sing, or sign, etc. So I spent my week-end watching cosplay competitions, martial arts demo, japanese theater, karaoké, DDR demo, etc.
The shows and cosplays were very very interesting and I had a lot of fun! It was at the CNIT, you can see it on my pictures of La Défense, where I live.. This place is really great, the place of the shows and competition is really confortable and we could see the stage very easily!! I saw Kenji Kawai, a very famous composer!! >< sooo happy!!
but I couldn't get a signature from him... anyway, I was very happy to see him and the interview was really interesting. The shops that where there, I didn't look at them so much: I don't have money to buy clothes or mangas from there hehe

I also want to do some martial arts training here. I like Tai Chi and maybe I'll continue TaiChi training in Freiburg.

I've been so busy, I had no time to visit my own page hehe
I speak french, english, spanish and portuguese, and some japanese but very little..
french people are not good at speaking languages... we start learning a 1st language at the age of 10-11, and a second one at the age of 13.. but we're not good at it :d so in general, we try to speak english (but omg what an accent lol) and spanish is becoming more and more popular (and it's much easier than english for us..) german not so much, it's very difficult and a very few people are really able to speak (but since the band Tokio Hotel is quite popular in schools for teenagers, german language is becoming a little more popular hehe ) in the North of France, my hometown, some people start to speak language from holland (just don't remember the writting hehe sorry) cause it's really near of the border.. and italian sometimes too... But we're not good at speaking languages...
in Europe, it's not that commun to speak more than 1 or 2 languages... when I travel and don't speak the language of the country, I speak english.. so in general, people in Europe speak some broken english for tourists... but this is supposed to change cause a law has been voted in 2002 in Europe for languages, and now the language policy is very important and try to make people more involved in learning languages. languages are taugh since the age of 6 at school, and more and more... the way to learna language has been review too and it's much better now.
