Pokemon Platinum is the third installment in the 4th Generation of Pokemon.
This game takes place in the previous location as Diamond/Pearl. All is the same except for the clothes that are different, there may be different Gym leaders, and the Origin Form of Giratina. The whole outline of the game focuses on Giratina being summoned when Cyrus aims to capture Dialga and Palkia. I precisely know this because of the Third installment of Ruby/Sapphire, Pokemon Emerald. Emerald was almost exactly like the other games but the Role-Playing characters suits were green, the 8th Gym leader was replaced by Wallace, and i focused on Rayquaza dealing with the two monster pokemon, Kyogre and Groudon.
Kinda long, but it'll do!
