iPod Touch Exploded In Child’s Pocket, Apple Sued

The incident occured in Ohio where a child got himself burnt after his iPod Touch exploded in his pants pocket. The child received second degree burns.
The child’s mother is preparing to sue Apple and 10 retail employees from the Apple Store in Kenwood, Cincinnati, Ohio, for $2,25,000.
