P90X day 3

Arms and Shoulders workout this morning. Learning the exercises and form.
BUT ..... My lower back went out so nor I have to take a few days off and let it heal up. I need to go and buy a weight lifting belt to support my lower back. It's not the exercises that strained my back it's bending over and lifting the weights off the floor improperly. So I need the weight lifting belt for additional support at least until my core gets stronger.
This is only a temporary set back. I need to stay on track with walking as much as I can tolerate while my back heals. Then start P90X again.
