What's the matter now bitch, why aren't you laughing?
Because there's nothing funny on a dickless head with a battery on his ass.
Walls protect you, but they can also hide you, squeeze you.
A wall is hard, but you can always open as door on it. A door can be closed, or locked.

Now i'm having real work here... no more brainless, but i still got some free time. I wouldn't live without free time!
Today i saw some new beautiful lady on the hotel breakfast. Interesting, but just that.
I like popero music.
I installed mega drive sega genesis emulator on my co-worker computer, and he played for 1 hour
LOL
So i thought my ppl access porn and other content not relative to work, in work?
First idea was that these people don't have computer+internet at home, so their first contact, or even unique, to internet is at work.
Well, of course nowadays most of people have it, its getting easy to buy a computer. But, they don't have enough time at home, to be browsing randomly, to discover the internet.
Then i get to think, if they do it at work, well maybe they have too much free time at work. And too little at home. So we should work less?
But what happened to rules? I'm sure most offices don't allow users to be playing Quake 3 during work... Why are people going on this way?
Why we stop doing our job, to go browse something, read yahoo news, etc.
Hmmm, this is the key. We doo it because the job is boring!
So if your company is facing a huge porn access from your employs here are my magic steps:

So if your company is facing a huge porn access from your employs here are my magic steps:
- Be sure all workers have computer AND internet access at home. (no dial-up! c'mon) If they don't, provide a ISP, company can even get a good discount if it brings up to 50 users to one ISP. Don't buy a pc, but teach them where to buy, and also get discounts on stores.
- Allow them go home early, forget fulltime work everyday. It's better to be home 2 hours earlier then usual 2 days of the week. This provide free time, and allow people to organize they personal tasks.
In some cases, you can have a free time during lunch where network is open to any use, but do not allow personal use, it's better not to mix things.
- Do a meeting with everyone and explain WHY they shouldn't be browsing anything at work. Don't expect people to read some agreement they sign up...
- Keep the job exiting, create different tasks each month, apart from the 'normal' job every one has.
- Firewall, proxy and content filtering may look like a STOP sign for most people, but for some they look more like a challenge sign "bypass me if you can". This people have a virtue, and you must know how to use it on your company.
