Welding Procedure

After a long test with 80% of the welders, we're almost done with the samples.
Welding is very risky job, UV rays, heat, toxic gas, and electricity. No, didn't weld anything, just watch and record (paper) stuff.
Apart from that, i'm quite the same.
I was wrong about her, i did a mistake, when entering the cellphone local code, so the day after that, she reply to my sms. We change lots of sms these days, i'm pretty optimistic. Although the last 3 days she didn't reply anymore
Still no real meeting yet, i'm looking forward to meeting someone more mature.

But you got to control the distance of the gun and the sheet you're welding to keep a good eletric arc. If it's too close you'll add too much material, if it's too far you'll add too little. And a high current (amper) makes it more heat, if you heat too much you can melt the sheet it self, a low current will not melt the wire.
But i notice most of the welders dificulties are related with dextry skills. I guess you always do the same weld, on the same position and direction, you'll have a low skill on it. Maybe people who played more with Lego or clay, and have good drawing skills, will have less truble on welding.
But wanna try too
