I've just seen an amazing compilation of movies that were produced or distributed in the year 2010. Of course it isn't the full list of them, just the movies that highlighted the author of this video - Gen I. As he says about his work:
This year's movies have legitimately transformed my idea of what is creatively possible.
Honestly, I even felt shivers from this great piece of art as I shall call it. This video is edited so good, the music fits right in every second of the video, author even played with phrases and scenes from different movies as if the characters from them are talking to each other. And altogether it feels like you're in the fairytale or something. I always love such occasions when works of some people inspire other people to create themselves something beautiful. So there are total of 270 movies in this compilation. I'm wondering, did someone of you see all of them? =D Further in the post there is a full list of movies that were used in this video.
This video I found in one of many sites dedicated to games similar to Grand Theft Auto. It is called "Mastermind" and is written and directed by one of many GTA series fans Ezequiel Guerisoli and it is AWESOME. I don't know the occupation of this man and if he has some professional degree in directing but I want to say that he has some amazing skills in this direction. I can't say for sure but I guess that this work is strongly influenced by Matrix idea, which I personally really like. Everything from the story to the music in this short film is made with hard work in much creativity. Written and Directed by Ezequiel Guerisoli Narrated by Bill Kates Music by Richard Band, Kevin McLeod and Pierre Gerwig Langer Editing, Cinematography, Sound by Ezequiel Guerisoli I really like such videos that are done by good fans of something, 'cause the games, music, films or whatever they are interested in makes them do something great and qualitative and eventually progress in this or other field. I like it a lot and wish everyone to find his way in this world and make great things to motivate other people to make pieces of art and so on. If you liked this short film as I do, then subscribe to the author's channel on YouTube and wait for the next episode of the series!

New post in the category Video of the Day today. Now it's a video clip by P.O.D. for the song "Sleeping Awake". It's from the year 2003, but it's still sounds just great. If someone doesn't know, which I doubt, this song is the lead single from "The Matrix Reloaded: The Album" - soundtrack of the second installment of a marvelous Trilogy. Video and lyrics are inspired by the movie as you can see in this clip. If you know some other great songs by this group and if it's still singing, please tell me in the comments. Hehey, we got new game in the category. This one's from the same authors of Pictogrid - Sean and Ian Lilley from LilleyDesign.com. Two Rooms is very interesting game with great soundtrack and enjoyable puzzles. The concept of the game is also quite unique. In this game you move two separated pieces by using arrow keys and switch them by using Space button. You also interact with different objects of your surroundings. If you ever get stuck, there's a hint section in the Options menu which you can access on any level by pressing "P". But try completing all 30 levels without using hints and you will be a true winner. =P BTW, there is a surprise in the last levels. Click "Read More" to play a game. P.S.: I updated all my blog posts.
He-he, it's been a while since my last post, isn't it? =) Basically, I didn't post because I haven't seen much people visiting my blog and posting their comments. But now I decided to change a little bit the concept of my blog. There won't be too much words in my posts, there won't be too much communication with whoever is reading them =D. I will be doing this more for myself. I will be collecting best videos that I like, best music, best games, best movies, best pictures, best quotes, best jokes. Maybe I even won't always post in English, 'cause my native language is Russian. I also will try to keep all post nice, because I like it. So I just won't care so much about my readers, 'cause will be doing this more for myself. Anyway there is not much comments. =D But I think, there will be more posts now.
