About me

I am a normal guy for the most part, as normal as possible for someone living in Tokyo. I came to Japan about a year ago looking for a change of pace. I was burned out on my old job and did not really have much experience to do much else. I came to Tokyo at first to just take it easy and figure out what I wanted to do with my life.

I love the city, I love going out drinking and meeting friends. I am always looking to make new friends, go to new places, and find new ways to enjoy my free time.

My work

A bit of a drastic change in my life. I was a cop for a few years and got to the point where I could not stand it anymore. I went to Japan for a few months to see if I could live there, I liked it a lot, and so here I am. I go to a Japanese Language School in the morning and teach English in the Afternoon.

I have done a lot of things, Network Engineer, US Air Force, Police Officer, and,English Teacher, and now a Recruiter. I really have to say of all the thing I have done and all the places I have been, this is by far the biggest challenge ever.

These days I am recruiting for my company, not like a head hunter or anything. I work for the company and interview and hire new teachers. Its not a bad job, could be worse.
