I need a cool top banner

I do not know how to design it but I need a snazzy Tokyo looking banner for the top of my blog. I wonder if anyone out there has the ability and inclination to design such a thing for me. I will be forever in your debt and buy you a beer of you come see me in Tokyo.

Yea some people have such cool banners, they must have some skill to make them or have a friend.

i can tell that pic is Tokyo coz i live in Tokyo,Japan.but i can see the Korean flag in there and only see "Duty free""Laox".seems like in Korea doesn't it!?

that pic is not from seoul ,or any part of korea is in japan,if you see carefullly you can read the kanji(chinese characters) at first i though is in korea too couse the korean flag but ,after at zoom ,i see is not korea.
im live in ishikawa-ken komatsu-shi anyone arround here?
