Maggi made easy

A ultra new dish here.,that too in minutes!
step 1)On a frying pan,add one spoon ghee and vegetables[Your choice].,
Fry them and now add Pepper for taste!
Step 2)for the above mixture add the maggi masala powder,and desred amount of water to boil maggi[add some 100 ml extra to be soupy and saucy].,so once maggi is done.,now add 100 ml of puree[tomatoe puree,you get in stortes!],boil it till you sense it as soupy!

Enjoy with crunchy sidedish!

India recipes payasam simple sweet easy cook love

Create Payasam within three easy steps,am sure evryone likes this recipe!

Step 1)Take MTR fine roasted vermicelli[200gms] and 500ml of Milk and 250 ml of water.,add all of them in a big steel bowl,Next boil it for Approx 20 minutes!
Step 2)Next just fry Some dry fruits[Cashews,Raisins etc]with required amount of Ghee in a small fry pan.
Step 3)After step1) of 20 mins add the the fried Dry fruits to steel bowl with a pinch of cardomom powder[Elaichi] and 200Gms of sugar,Now mix well,and keep on a medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes.

Now Just serve it!Get marks from loved ones!
