My OperaFirst Opening Post

Hello, everyone!
This is my first post, and I believe I should present myself, first, right?
My name is Renato Higa Moraes, and am most people call me Higa. I'm a 22 year-old Brazilian guy, which recently graduated in Business Administration. Now, I work as a consultant and, in my free times, I'm a Nintendo nerd, playing my NDS and Wii, as well as a cook-in-training.
I have always had a passion for sweets and candies, and usually devour my desserts, no matter what I have eaten before... Well, of course, when one loves something, one gets more and more demanding. And suddenly, it came to my mind: "Oh, why not?!? I could do my own desserts!", and I started my long jurney in the magical world of Sugar.
In this blog, you all will read about my little adventures in the sweet-sweet-world of desserts, to which I'm completely addicted!
