Orange & Chocolate Mousse

Last week was one of my best friend's birthday.
Of course, no birthday is nice if there's no surprise. And there's no surprise without a birthday cake (At least, not with me... Hehehe). So, I decided to make him the recipe he likes the most. I think this was one of my first desserts he has ever tried from me, and he liked it so much I just can't think of doing it without seeing his image when he put the first spoon of this mousse in his mouth.
It's a very easy and effective mousse, you just need to be patient with all ingredients.
After making the mousse, and having spoonfuls of it, I turned it into a triple layer mousse cake, using this recipe both for filling and for topping (I admit that was quite lousy of my part), but the final result was sooo nice, I was really proud of my very first cake!
The final result is that he didn't come to where we were waiting for him with the cake, so I had to go to his house to make a "surprise party delivery"!
Enjoy this recipe, it has more ingredients than my last mousse, but this really is a must do, for chocolate lovers!
(Ah, and sorry for posting no picture, my editor isn't working here... But tomorrow It'll be ok!)
